If you Cancel within less than 24 hours or No Show a scheduled appointment you will be required to pay 50% of your service total.

If you have 3 or more same day cancellations within a 12 month period you will no longer be able to pre book for an appointment. You will have to call same day for any openings.

We determine a No Show by no contact within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. Also, if you show up to your appointment late (depending on service timing and other appointments booked for the day) your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.

We understand that life happens, we have families as well, and that can be discussed but please keep in mind this is how we make a living.

New Clients will be required to put down a deposit for chemical services or any services totaling an extended period of time. This deposit will be applied to your service upon check out. If the appointment results in a Cancellation in under 24 hours or a No Show your deposit will be forfeited. We also highly suggest (sometimes require) that you schedule a consultation for any chemical service if you have not previously spoken to a stylist about. This is to provide the client/styist with a clear understanding of expectation vs. reality, budget, timing, upkeep as well as making sure that you are scheduled properly.
